Return & Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to love your purchase from Roly Poly Apperal LLC. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges and refunds on eligible items within our return window.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards and personalized items
- Items requested for return after the 30-day window
- Items showing wear, washing, odors, alterations, or customer-caused damage
How to Start a Return
- Email support@rolypolyapparel.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return instructions and return authorization before mailing the item.
- Ship the item within 14 calendar days after authorization using a trackable carrier. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable service because we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or style are available when stock permits. Contact us before sending the original item. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue an eligible refund instead.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Email support@rolypolyapparel.com within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and clear photos. If we confirm the issue, we will provide a replacement or full refund and cover the return shipping cost.
